in regard to the valuation of nsl, lets not jump the gun for their first cashlow...
I valued nsl at 10c with a 6-7m profit from 200K tonne.
The road travel debate is useless, yes it will cost more, and yes it may impact the share price of going higher, but that is for the short term. Lets not forget nsl have other mines in the pipe line and any cashlow is a good cashflow.
lets put nsl getting 3m profit for the 200K tonne, that is still a great source of income for the company to start with.
