Why is he submitting/talking about/thinking about a mining application BEFORE?? any certain numbers show a mine as being viable or is this just to try to pump the price, has he factored increase costs that makes a mine 2x times less likely now than two years ago? I'm going to have to corner him and ask him about it or some else, I really want to know he thinks of the price increases and how he is responding and what it means going forward.
