See the pause in Dale Henderson's eye, (a flash of hmmm, dunno, a 'chime' in his mind) when he mentions "North America" as an expansion option at the 29:30 mark. The opportunity for PLS is definitely open. This is shortly after H Klein mentions KB as Chariman - now at Quebec.
