They can hardly make a full bid without the options which are current, and they pay value over them because they are issued as part of directors compensation package.
It strikes me that the most pained voices on this thread have the least idea of simple market practices . Honjigans post is even too absurd to poke fun at!
I will be closely following these wealth creators elsewhere as UMC and IOh have been remarkable for me.
