@jcurve So for this to have a chance of happening the no vote would have to prevail and pfizer would need to initiate a court case on the basis of having evidence that shares splitting occurred amongst No voters on such a scale as to be relevant or to have actually affected the outcome of the vote.
In my opinion, in the absence of any evidence of mass coordinated share splitting, I give this a .02% chance of happening and succeeding.
