I didn't want to accuse Computershare of electoral fraud, after all it's a large international company with a good reputation, they will know how to conduct an election correctly.

But I am still very disappointed with Computershare.

I expect every institution that conducts an election to be 100% neutral..... like a referee in sports......

and I find that the required neutrality of Computershare is not given by the calls and attempts to influence the shareholders. Computershare should never have accepted this assignment from Paul.

As mentioned above, this does not mean that the election result is incorrect. nevertheless I am glad that the CMT has certain control possibilities.
