A lot of value still to extract here. The land, current building and building under development is worth c$145-160m. Currently on the books at around $60m @ cost. The debt on the balance sheet is backed by this property so nothing to worry about there.
If they decided to shut the doors today you could still sell the assets for close to $2+/share.
