    Hi @ChillingOut

Thanks for your reply with your views.

Agree with you on the $275k security, no actual proof even though case is proceeding. So thats a federal court oversight that need addressing maybe. Change the rules to acknowledge payment in the court records, so interested onlooker know the facts instead of guessing.

And my quote "would all be happening in the background one way or the other'. is speculation on my behalf, based on something would be being discussed and worked out you'd think. Maybe not, again unknown. Courts again should state whats happening with updated orders maybe if that relevant.

Re. The delays in the 2.7M costs security - Basically whatever is happening, its being done within the law. Therfore if the court is allowing the delays its fine by them, as isx is playing by the rule book.

And if asx do an application to deal with the non payment of these costs security, even if its dealt with quickly, isx is still going to given a final date for payment or something along those lines. So its all good, they can push it to the limit if its suits there plans, the same as the asx does with extension requests, it suits there plans. And thats OK for both parties even if its not a good look.

Anyway, we'll wait and see what unfolds. Cheers
