if I was the family i would be approaching the CN holders & making them an offer, i mean what's the point in converting into a 1 cent stock. Existing holders have little say in the company now, only CN holders matter now. That's why we need to know who they are as they would collectively control around 70 percent of the company. All done off the market with no offer to existing holders
