Reminds one of the story of "Bell the Cat". The mice were holding an extraordinary emergency crisis meeting. Too many good comrades had been caught and eaten. Sleepy little baby mouse woke up and suggested that they bell the cat. There was wild applause until arthritic old great grandpa mouse asked, "Who is going to bell the cat?"
