Yeah seems they took a kick in the teeth to avoid paying LD on the NZ project and still get the project knocked out for another one under the belt.
It would be interesting to know how much of the $2m+ went towards the "Ownership of panel installation equipment for future tanks and capability". Its such a massive cost to take just because local contractors couldn't install the tanks DEL builds, covid really screwed them. Hopefully being able to build/install that different type of tank comes in handy in future. Or if not they can recoup some costs with the sale of the equipment.
