I wonder why the Govt of TNZ would even consider this offer. Their desired outcome is a refinery in TNZ.
Allowing PEK to open a mine and start selling concentrate would only undercut that position.
And how long does the special committee need to decide on the best option (TNZ or Teeside)
Methinks they have already determined that and its not Teeside.
