That photo seriously makes me sick.
Glencore would probably not worry too much about approvals timing, just make contract conditional.
But Baz did make a point at Noosa about these being amendments not new approvals, has done it before but this time it was a little more forceful. Dunno if this was for the benefit of the Glencore blokes attending but couldn't harm. Glencore has lots of agreements so who knows where they are in terms of inking the deal, blame the beancounters.
