BLM is an interesting one. I'd really like to know what they mean by "Potential multiple site deal in conversation for a BOOM style project". Sounds like they are getting some interest now that they have proven they can run a plant on "Ground Oat Milled Fines".
Given the recent spike in energy prices I wonder if its the owners of BLM inquiring about plants for their other locations.
