Mr Wilson and Dr Robinson haven't sought to remove Simon, so I take it that they believe they can work with him.
If they can't affect change as 2 out of 5 board members, with one other they are ok to work with, I really don't think they should be given total control of the company. I think what we need is some positive tensions on the board, not another one-man show.

I don't think PB needs to be a board member ongoing, although I think his experience with the project would be very valuable (geology is a major ongoing part of any mining operation and doesn't end at financing). But more importantly, I think we need to transition to a new leadership and I believe it will be better achieved by not removing PB forcibly from the board.
