That's correct - looking at it this way, if we are focussed on mining and concentrating activities, do we really care who we sell it to as long we are paid thereby generating revenues?
You are spot on here - just bag it and sell it off to the Chinese, unless our western bloc friends/cousins want to pay us a premium...
