probably might retrace, but the trend is for strong profits imo, regardless of recession. this is the best retailer in the asx, and the best performing retailer globally this year.
the investment thesis hinges on positive SSS comps plus growing the units from around 0.6k units to 2-3k units globally in about 5-7 years. This will work to compound the profits, resulting in profit being around 6-7x the current profit level in about 5-7 years.
