IMO, the uncertainty factor is reflected in the charts as well.
My Buy back in order is at 3c.
[I was stopped out on a 'Dump' for a very nice profit]
If I see a Basing Pattern forming,
I will of course place the order at that level.
Technically, the SP has been Pumped and Dumped several times?
Better [for me] to get back on at a Base than during a sell off.
