If you look at their June 9 Roadhouse Investment presentation they mention it on Slide 10 - you should be able to find the presentation in the ASX releases. I cant remember exactly where i read it (maybe a Next Investors article) but having this granted mining lease could save them up to 2 years off the standard processof getting to production. It would also make it more attractive as a takeover target because of that (i would imagine). I believe it means the land is already approved to be mined. But not clear on the exact details.
