    I say one month as the TEPP Environmental Permitting Update dated 03/08/22 included the specific commentary "We expect the Li to be granted shortly, opening the way for construction".

    Given this was dated one month ago and the company has more recently stated in recent news releases that they expect the installation license required to start work to be granted around October, I have assumed the belief the licence will be granted within the next month (within September 2022), allowing for work to actually commence by/in October 2022. If I am optimistic by a few weeks so be it, the wheels appear to be turning nonetheless.
