You're obviously not well informed and best you not comment on things outside you knowledge.
All of the announcements about the Appstab acquisition are available for you to read which will show you the value of the deal when it was agreed, the delays in completion and the reasons for those delays and also all of the unrelated announcements between the deal being agreed and the shares being issued which caused the fluctuation in share price.
