These guys are kicking the can down the road aren't they ? Finance approvals in the mining industry seems to be freezing up, or at least slowing down. So, seems to me, they'll dream up a few things to delay the decision - nothing like more studies. Funny, you'd think $30m would be easy to raise. Might be wrong, might come tomorrow, but I doubt it.
Unfortunate. Anyway, just keeping an eye for an entry point.
