Hi Joben,
Lots of promises that never materialise, constantly overstating and under delivering, really poor communication with SH, questionnable decisions for the interest of the company, you name it.
You can get years of SH complains on the CAY threads. Although it may come good, I don't wish anyone to be stuck in a company lead by this guy.
