I would have agreed (that more time is needed for price/demand to go through the pipe and turn into profits) if it was not for (i) the increased revenue which shows they have partially benefited from these already, and (ii) the flufs such as the "successful completions of offer" when 10% is taken and concentraitng on minor numbers in the report (rather than telling us how we will become profitable under these demand conditions). The management team seems to be completely distracted from creating shareholder value and capitalizing on the opportunity (perhaps windowdressing or all other colorful objects out there is occupying their time).

I have been bitten both ways (sticking with lousy bsuinesses as they sink and selling at a loss before the business turns around). Still it may make sense to hedge my bets and sell half of the position and keep the rest.
