The company is $8M in the bank as of recently.
This all appears to be being managed to look like they made an effort to get them over the line, but they certainly do not want that.
Absolutely massive dilution now brining in 0.8c each when you have plenty of cash to take the SP to a couple of cents and raise in a years time. I know which one is best for shareholders.
Not best for us SBRO holders unfortunately.
Disclosure; I sold some of my SBRO and now have more SBROB a while back, but am expecting my SBRO to expire worthless.
