It’s quite odd that back when TONY was gutting foreign aid, several of us on here explained that foreign aid was not a gift or generosity, that it was buying national security.
Such a simple concept, so easily written, and yet the boneheads and peanuts just refused to accept the point
now they get it - as usual - too late .
