the market probably expects news on PEL 105 now and don't want anything else.

PEL 105 will be soon, if I were to guess I would say early April if they are still going to wait on the rig that is booked,
or maybe they could source another rig earlier,

if they can get a rig for this one maybe they could find another to get to PEL 105 earlier.

Let's see, but this is a good project, spudding in 2 or 3 weeks so we will soon see if this one is commercial.
