Dilution? Well, I guess it depends on what heads are priced at! But the conversation of 0.008s obviously will have less dilution than 0.006. Additionally, more money in the bank.
But since only 10% of options get converted(in case they are in the money), I wouldn't worry about dilution tbh.
Always look at mc rather than # of shares for guidance
