So no news in the half yearly about the failure to submit the court ordered submission to the minister on time, or what status it is currently at?
Surely this is of serious material value?
I would have thought that MRC must release an announcement given that CER is now in a position to lodge a contempt of court writ in South Africa. This would mean that MRC will be materially in breach of the conditions they agreed to that allowed a) the section 93's to be lifted, b) the new mining licenses to be issued c) the 2 x appeals against to be stayed etc and that could now be reversed and operations potentially come to a grinding halt.
See how long their 3.8 million lasts then. They will be paying for trucks and drivers that have nothing to load if that eventuates
Perhaps when the in house counsel Handcock has time away from the shark suit planning, he could explain why he failed as in house counsel to ensure this was submitted on time.
