...and if anyone caught 4 Corners the other night, there was an interesting story about a co that was taking investors' money and pissing it up the wall, and even when the former CFO blew the whistle and provided info via the "proper" channels, ASIC weren't interested and claimed they did not have enough evidence to investigate - despite not even bothering to contact said CFO for further info/documents/proof/etc. ...Let that sink in.
Investors clearly misled, co went bust, investors lost everything.
Dodgy companies fleecing people, regulators DGAF... what a shambles and utter disgrace!!!
ps. worth watching if you can find the show online.
In the meantime, AGY kicking goals and about to produce from our commercial plant! NICE!
