If they can’t attract funds this is going to voluntary administration. Not sure what this 5-10 years is about but at this rate they have 5-10 weeks.
In the short term it comes down to their ability to raise cash followed by actual contracts to support a legitimate business.
Without the satisfactory of immediate cash injection there is no long term prospects here at all.
Shareholders will have their value absolutely destroyed here one way or another, it is a write off imo.
