yes it's pretty risky and may well play out not to be as bad as expected- but the prospect of vaccine resistance and tamiflu resistance combined - would drive biota thru the roof and almost certainly fast track lani in the west.
It looks like the h274y tamiflu mutation rides on the back and is spread by the new virulant vaccine resistant swine mutation - so they will go hand in hand - the perfect storm for biota holders - but not very good news for the general public .
I hope who decide to include the new mutation in there vaccine next week - but it's already too late for that for the sth hemisphere vacc which is already made.
I hope we are not looking at a major stuff up by who which will cost a lot of lives - the info seems to be out there but is being thwarted by scientific politics/egos ( my degree is better than your etc etc)
