A company only has 12 months period for a takeover, claiming it was "wise decision" is false, It shows MCT completely failed to attract NME investors into MCT.
If my reading of the ASIC rules are correct, MCT can reapply for another takeover in 6 months' time.
I think the takeover wasn't wise at all, MCT has openly admitted the relationship between the two boards is toxic. What is the point of owning 51% of 5% if all involved cannot move forward with the projects?
