The 300 individual investors is an ASX listing requirement. Nothing to do with MYL.
The "clear and simple presentation about ownership structure and returns to shareholder is what is required." cannot be given unless in production.
Once again, an ASX condition.
I still think we will get there but more dilution is probable.
