I was wrong when I speculated the raise price made no material difference (because a cheaper raise would result in more shares needing to be issued) - it absolutely does matter insofar as it establishes the value of new shares relative to those that existed prior to the suspension. On retrospect, I would have much rather new shares be issued at a price of 50c if that meant this placement would have succeeded (and I apologise to those who said as much and I argued to the contrary), because I suspect we will now enter a hiatus spanning many months before anything substantive happens
