My point is IF something has gone wrong and they've not disclosed the issues. We're in a proof of concept stage here, and if there's indications that this concept won't work, then management should be upfront.
As I said, until we have anything indicating that they breached their disclosure requirements, no need to be litigious. But given the narrative that has been portrayed, we should have nothing to worry about.
