Not pretty reading. This ship is taking on water...

I had completely missed that Matt Bailey resigned last year.
Rarely is a an honest reason for leaving put out there but does anyone have insight or a viewpoint as to why he left? (Other than the business stinks..!!)
I believe he stumped up circa $100k to buy shares on market.
I got the impression he was a rising star so to leave after such a short period of time after separating with $100k of his own hard earned is a real surprise to me..
