I will not make any statement in this thread, but just list 3 recent events involving BKW:
1. FBR Issued 100m shares to BKW at 1.8c, correct me if that's not a 2022 low, perfect timing, what's the motives behind this placement, where the f* is looking after all shareholder's interest?
2. BKW bought out 60m performance options from 3 FBR close insiders, free bucks for those lucky 3, and now FBR came back issuing another 56m equally ranked options again back to them, what is BKW' role in this generous facilitation?
3. M&G wants a free carry, hell yeah why not, who doesn't love free carry. BKW taking over another 100m shares, you think M&G didn't ask Pivacs about the exit strategy and Pivacs didn't help facilitate/suggest the transfer to BKW?
yes I'm shitting my pants, but pls think about it...what if FBR was taken over by BKW at 5c and then delisted from ASX.
