To me it looks more like Brickworks are positioning themselves as the biggest holder so when the 15% placement is reset at the meeting coming up and a large placement is given to each wiener, libr and DRH it will position Brickworks as the largest holder and block any future takeovers by new holders.
brickworks are not about to take over.
