I have already received a reply from the Manager of Mining Assessment at the DEM in regards to the difference of MPEPR2021/028 & MPEPR2022/155.
"Yes there are 2 PEPRs under assessment for ML6495MPEPR2021/028 is the PEPR for full mining operations. The second PEPR (155) is an interim PEPR to allow further drilling type activities on the Mining Lease"
Can't say that really clears things up for me as I would've thought the drilling type activities would come under the exploration PEPR which had obviously already been approved.
