That was definitely a heavy tree shake this morning with so many shares sold so quickly to push the price below 4c and try to trigger some stop-losses.
If they had really wanted to sell at a reasonable price they could have fed the buyers in smaller pieces and sold them all around 4.2c
As an aside, I think the chart has been looking pretty good. The big drop when the 3M delay was announced was nasty, but stayed above the old resistance around 3c.
