Yes this has turned into a disgusting issue about an open ended inflationary tax .... so Penny is not doing the bidding of the planet but rather that of the new taxation system that will not do anything positive for global warming if in fact it even is man made.
Now consider the cost of living rises should they increase carbon reduction targets because that's what this open ended scheme is all about .... the flexibility to raise more money at will with a simple stroke of the pen.
