It's good to see they are only raising what they absolutely need to keep the business running while we sprint towards the first cash flows from Walyering. After that, we are in a whole different ball game from a financing perspective.

One thing I noticed from the announcement was the way in which they mention the Koch contract. When it was first announced, it was a "non-binding term sheet and exclusive negotiation period with Koch Fertilizer." Now it seems much more certain that if Haber passes pre-FID financing, Koch will be the partner. But might be reading too much into it...
