yes I believe EMT presents a once in a lifetime opportunity from this incredibly cheap level in my opinion!
On top of your research and slides, which show the leases in an area where ree/lithium is plentiful, I believe in my opinion EMT are sitting on very valuable land and that is only going to grow as HAS and DRE prove up!
Not to mention the 7 years of cash remaining !
