    Why would an entity aim to suppress SP prior to SPP?
    Its clear they want little to no retail take up.
    Why? Less dilution? Crushing the competition before they get going?? Trying to force dw8 into the ground using market tactics? Strange our new mgmt are from the investment banking industry but calm while their brainchild gets decimated on the exhange..?
