To be fair if its 17.31 now and a grossed up dividend of $1.73 going ex dividend very very soon the current price basically equates to around $15.60 right now so it should definitely be in the 15's when it goes ex. I think if you can pick up now or ex dividend in the 15's you are doing fantastically well.
