    really not sure @Doz , am a bit sceptical but things appear to be going on behind the scenes ! depends what you believe I guess , all will be revealed over the next few months I hope .
    maybe they can even squeeze another convertible note to the good dr between now and December. sure he wouldn't mind soaking up a bit more ?
