all the BS printed in media about housing market crash is nothing but paid propaganda spreading on behalf of property developers & real-estate agents so that RBA don't raise 1% interest rate .. lol
yes, there may be 1% or 2% fall but that's not a fall ... considering how big housing bubble is the real housing price fall around 30% - 40%in my opinion.... anything upto 20% is simply taking market back to normal not the fall in my opinion.
