Generally, Australian voters primarily vote for a party (or a particular so-called 'independent' - fake often, as with 'the teals', that they are).
The popularity rankings of a Prime Minister, Premier or Opposition Leader aren't all that important.
So I still say unless something changes fast, Labor will win the NSW March 2023 contest. Matt Kean being in the Liberal/National Coalition helps Labor every day, as he's a political disaster for the Liberals. Ought be in the Greens!
