This is the financial dilemma they are in.

Have they run out of that $10M credit line?

Is the new finance transaction an extension of that credit?

When the quantity of shares was agreed upon the SP may have been closer to 2c or higher, we don't know, the creditors took a punt and lost. Good luck doing this again.

A creditor won't necessarily try to cash out once they own the shares, they are just like everyone else, sometimes driven by fear, uncertainty, doubt and GREED!

Probably gives good reason for CLZ to be seeking a finance transaction to ensure servicing creditors.

What is the cost going to be to the company and share of this "finance" transaction?
